The RAV4 Hybrid is quicker and more powerful than the base inline-4 engine but not as potent as the RAV4 Prime plug-in hybrid. Con: But the looks belie a subdued hybrid powertrain The 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid has a 2.5-liter inline-4 and two motors that combine to make 219 hp.
